Walter Lampl Victorian Revival Rooster & Frog Charm Watch Pin
This wonderful Victorian Revival brooch, which dates to about 1940, has a hook on the back that allows a watch or other pendant to be attached and worn beneath the pin, framed by the chains and charms. A carved carnelian rooster dangles from one chain end, and a carved white and lavender jade frog hangs from the other chain end. Marked WL. Safety clasp holds well.
Measures 2-1/2 inches wide. Chains dangle 2-3/4 inches long. Frog charm measures 1/2 inch in diameter. Rooster charm measures 3/4 inch diameter.
