Vintage 1970s Turquoise Buffalo Fetish Heishi Necklace
These 9 turquoise buffalo fetishes are extraordinarily large. They are carved from a beautiful sky-blue turquoise with honey-colored matrix. The shell and turquoise heishi measure 4.8 mm in diameter. The strand is finished with hand-crafted sterling cone end pieces that have darkened with age. This is an extraordinary necklace with tremendous presence and visual weight.
Measures 28 inches long. Each fetish measures a little more than 1 inch long, 3/4 inch tall, and 3/8 inch thick.
