1931 Walter Lampl Victorian Revival Chain Mesh Brooch
This beautiful gold-plated brooch has a wide band of chain mesh dropping from a Victorian Revival bar pin. At the bottom of the mesh is an ornate fleur de lis- inspired design element, and beneath this dangles a fine fringe of gold-plated chain. Marked WALTER LAMPL. This piece appears to be from Lampl’s 1931 Second Empire collection. Safety clasp holds well.
